Please note that the shipping price does not include local import taxes. These expenses are not the responsibility of us and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Regrettably, we cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.
The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the collectible and fragile nature of resin and die-cast model cars, all sales are generally final once an order has been shipped.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
* Personal preference
* Incorrect order placed by the customer
Please carefully review all product photos, descriptions, scale, specifications, and shipping information before placing your order.
If you wish to request a modification or cancellation before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@autoletsmodel.com. We will do our best to assist you; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged after shipment.
In the rare case that an item arrives severely damaged due to transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the outer carton
- Photos of the product packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
Please note that resin model cars are delicate collectible products. Small parts becoming detached during international transportation may occur occasionally and are not always considered manufacturing defects.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items are reservation-based products with limited allocation.
Estimated arrival dates (ETD) are provided by manufacturers and may change due to production schedules, logistics delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
* Release dates may change without prior notice
* Production quantities may be reduced or canceled by the manufacturer
* Orders will be fulfilled according to reservation priority and allocation availability
* Pre-order cancellations after confirmation are generally not accepted
If a manufacturer cancels an item or reduces allocation and we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable item.
Delivery Failure / Refused Parcels
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their shipment and cooperating with the local courier or customs office when necessary.
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer — including but not limited to:
* Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
* Failure to respond to the courier
* Failure to pay import duties or taxes
* Refusal to accept the parcel
* Failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period
the parcel may be returned to us or abandoned by the shipping carrier.
In such cases:
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable
* Return shipping fees, customs charges, handling fees, and any related costs will be deducted from the refund
* If the return shipping cost exceeds the order value, no refund will be issued
Please note that international shipping fees and customs procedures are determined by the destination country and shipping carrier, and are outside of our control.
If a returned parcel is successfully received back by us in resellable condition, any eligible refund will be processed after inspection.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing an order. AUTOLETS is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
