Q – How do I know my order has been accepted?
A – When your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address, so you can check your order there. You can also check your order history on My account–Orders.
Q – What does “Pre-Order” mean?
A – Pre-order items are reservation-based products that are not yet in stock at the time of purchase. Estimated arrival dates (ETD) are provided by manufacturers and may change due to production schedules, logistics delays, or customs clearance. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge that release dates and delivery schedules may change without prior notice.
Q – Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?
A – If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@autoletsmodel.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Q – What payment methods do you accept?
A – We accept major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.
We also support:

* Apple Pay
* Convenience store payment (Japan only)
* Bank transfer (Japan only)

Q – When will I be charged for my order?
A – Payment is usually processed at the time the order is placed, including pre-order items.
Q – Why was my payment declined?
A – Payment authorization may fail for various reasons such as incorrect card information, insufficient funds, bank security restrictions, or regional payment limitations. Please contact your card issuer or try another payment method if the issue persists.
Q – Can I cancel my order?
A – Orders may be canceled before shipment. However, cancellation requests for limited or pre-order items may not always be accepted. Please email info@autoletsmodel.com so our customer care team can take care of it.

We ship worldwide with EMS/FedEx and with SAGAWA in Japan.
Q – How much does shipping cost?
A – You can check the different rates on our shipping and returns page.
Q – Are there any extra costs like import duties and taxes?
A – Please note that the shipping price does not include local import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Q – Can I track the status of my order?
A – You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched from Japan.
Q – How are model cars packaged for international shipping?
A – All model cars are carefully inspected and securely packed with protective materials to help minimize the risk of damage during international transportation.
